The resolution announcing the results of the signature drive against President Hugo Chavez, read by the President of the Consejo Nacional Electoral on Wednesday March 3 appears on the CNE website with January 8th. as its date of publication. On that date, the counting of the signatures had not even begun and the issue of the forms with the same calligraphy did not even exist. Simple error or malefic plot?

El Consejo Nacional Electoral, en uso de las atribuciones que le confieren los artculos 1 y los numerales 1 y 33 del artculo 33 de la Ley Orgnica del Poder Electoral y, singularmente, con base en los artculos 28, 29 y 31 de las de las Normas para regular los Procesos de Referendos Revocatorios de Mandatos de Cargos de Eleccin Popular, instrumento publicado en la Gaceta Electoral Nro. 181, de fecha 20 de noviembre de 2003.
