A famous Venezuelan, Juan Pablo Perez Alfonzo, referred to oil as the devil&#039;s excrement. For countries, easy wealth appears indeed to be the sure path to failure. Venezuela might be a clear example of that.</description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think there will be additional pressure on the parallel exchange rate next year as international companies face pressure from Wall Street to cut their losses and repatriate dividends at the parallel rate instead of the official rate (which they have on their books).  This will also affect some companies stock prices.
